In which I admit defeat for the sake of my sanity

I've officially decided to beg Marjorie Levinson for an Incomplete in my Enlightenment class. After talking to my thesis advisor, an upstanding and well-respected member of the academic community who got "lots" of incompletes in her time as an undergrad, it seems clear that this is the best decision for me right now. Plus, an incomplete in one class has gotta be better than getting shitty grades in all my other classes for doing shoddy final papers/exams because I'm so exhausted and zoned out. Assuming all goes according to plan, that means that all I have left is a revision and intro for my thesis draft. kidlit final and paper, and Criminology final and papers. Still not exactly a walk in the park, but miles better than the death I would have been walking into.

Um. I might be driving to Key West over winter break. A trip that could theoretically include meeting penguinboi at some point.

That particular panicfest will just have to wait for another entry. Right now I must nap.
