grammargirlToday was one of those white rice kinda days. If you eat enough of it it'll fill you up, but won't be terribly nutritious and it sure won't be interesting. The weather sucked all day, I dozed through classes, and I ran around looking at apartments for next year--the ones I was already pretty sure I didn't want. One of them was friggin' FOREVER away, and the other was pretty sketch-tastic, but I got to feel vaguely productive or proactive or whatever anyway.
I got back from running around at 4:30 or so and the most wonderful thing happened. I got to lie on my bed and eat cheetos while watching an episode of the Simpsons I'd never seen before, and the best part was there was nothing more important I should've been doing instead. After dinner, I got to take a nap.
Ahhhhhh, sweet idleness.

MASH reruns and Simpsons without stress sound like wonderful ways to spend a day.. hope UoM is treating you well, and seeya in the fall..
