Off like a dirty shirt
Dec. 19th, 2003 08:19 pmWell, I've just about finished my crazy cleaning spree, which means that shortly I will be the Last Person To Leave Ann Arbor For The Holiday. W00t.
I think my crazy comic book character hair is starting to grow on me. Possibly this is because I know for a fact that my mother will loathe it. There's still some rebellious teenager hiding inside 22-year-old me yet.
Anyway, you know the drill--going home to the Dialup Connection of Death for the next two weeks, which always tempts me to say that I won't be around much, but we all know that that's patently not true. If anything, I'll be around and posting to LJ even more. When the choice is between making up the work for my Enlightenment class, editing my thesis draft, going through the accumulated detritus of my mother's house and bagging/boxing up stuff to give away, watching bad daytime TV, and sitting around online hitting reload on my friends page every ten seconds and posting random surveys and "I'm bored!" updates... well, we all know which option I'll choose.
Anyway, I hope everyone has a lovely Generic Winter Holiday (which reminds me, happy Hanukah to those of you who celebrate!)--I'm sure you'll be hearing from me soon.
