grammargirl | A few things that make me happy

*Vienna Teng live. Gorgeous voice, charming stage presence, and she did a frickin' Tori cover. Awesome.
*My first Passover seder. Good food, good friends, lots of giggling. Charoset is so good.
*Bad TV with good friends. The Swan may well be the most evil television program ever devised, but it's scarily car-crash engrossing.
*Penguicon. 3 days, 11 hours, 6 minutes. Need I say more?
*Hot pink 'n' silver dress and fishnets for the first time in waaaaay too long.
*Submitting my thesis for the Virginia Voss Award at the last possible second. $1500 would make me quite the happy girl, yes it would.
*Did I mention that there are no wires whatsoever plugged into my computer right now?

I'll be going to class tomorrow for the first time in... well, a really long time. I figure, if nothing else it'll give me some quality porn-writing time. Man, I am so ready to not be a student anymore, can you tell?

Now if I can just get my shit together enough to write my final Joyce paper before Friday... mmm, bribery.
