Dude, Neil Gaiman is coming to Penguicon in Novi in April. With Wil freakin' Wheaton.

I must be there.

Who's geek enough to come with me?

Tickets are only $35 if we register by the end of January.

Come on people, please. You don't even know how much I love this guy. I'm writing my thesis about Coraline, for pete's sake!

Drop me a comment here or e-mail me at frannyzooey@livejournal.com if you're interested.

Neil Gaiman! Wil Wheaton! In Michigan! AAAAAAAAHHHH!

EDIT: My God, it's a Linux con. I just... cannot even imaine the amount of geekery that will be involved in this endeavor. But... Neil Gaiman! And Wil Wheaton! I must prevail, through the many, *many* levels of nerdosity. I mean... "live-action RPGs"? Jebus H. Christmas.

I almost fell down when I saw the guest list. It's almost enough to make me come to Michigan and panhandle.

Oh man, you should seriously come. You can sleep on our couch.

I'm beginning to realize that I might not know anyone geeky enough to come with me, and that is Not Allowed. I don't know if I could handle Penguicon all on my lonesome.

haha, I plan on going, but you don't really *know* me besides on here. :D

I've told a few other people over the last couple weeks who seem interested in going as well. I'm not a Linux user (NetBSD all the way, none of that UNIX clone business!), but they also have an anime room, free internet, and I think I read free caffeine substances as well. :D Not to mention all the cool guests. :) And it's hard to beat that price too.

And our still-a-secret Technology Guest of Honor, plus many others!!

Man, why the heck didn't you tell me about this earlier? You must've known I'd be all over this like... something that is all over something else.

Neil Gaiman and Wil Wheaton, and you've known about this for months?

That's ever so tempting, I mean, for the love of god, Wil Wheaton. The only thing that could top that is if Mr. T was a guest.
