Neil Gaiman is going to be at Penguicon this weekend, doing two readings and a signing. The readings are at 7:00 on Friday and 1:00 Sunday, and the signing is 2:00 Saturday. I'm pretty sure you can just buy tickets for one day if you just want to get something signed, but I think they're kinda pricey. The website'll tell you what you need to know.
