So.

New York was fantastic.

I voted today.

I'm off to B.'s friend's house to stay up all night watching the debacle unfold, and, should circumstances warrant, drinking heavily.

I'm not as terrified as I could be. I still don't think we'll have a president come tomorrow morning, but at least I'm not terrified.

More substantive entry to follow soon. For now, I'm off to stay glued to the TV screen for more or less as long as I can keep my eyes open.

I had a really good time.

I posted a bunch of times before I left asking if anyone wanted to get together with me while I was there, and no one responded. *shrug*

Hm. Well, I never saw a single reminder post, and I suspect that nobody else did either, if you got no replies!

I'm sorry we missed you! Sometimes LJ isn't the most effective way of communicating. Phone or email are a good alternatives.
