I'll be leaving shortly for my mom's house for Christmas-y type things--was supposed to leave tomorrow, but apparently we're going to get the Snow Storm of Doooooom late-night tonight and as I'd like to avoid horrible snow-related near-death experiences if at all possible, I got the okay from my boss to take off a day early. Not that he'd, you know, notice or anything if I just failed to show up tomorrow.

Anyway, mommy finally has acquired both a Real!Computer and Fast!Internet, so I assume I'll be in and out over the next several days. I may or may not be going to visit Haley in the Frozen West next week, depending on the weather and my level of boredom.

Three days and counting until the goddamned canned Christmas music is over for another ten months. Now that's what I call Christmas cheer.

From the looks of the radar, the snow is almost all teh way over us, and at least here in Northern Oakland County, we saw nary a flake. I even went out to the grocery store at 10;30 to get my baking supplies for tomorrow in case it sucked, and I'm convinced it's not even going to snow.

Ill probably wake up and have to eat my words though. :P
