So, um, apparently I'm going on a "business trip" thingy to Toronto at the end of next week.
This means missing the Crooked Fingers/Delgados show on Sunday, which bites, but it also means getting paid for 8 hours a day plus (I think) travel time, and hey, I'll get to say that I've been on a business trip, so woo!
(We'll forget for the moment that I will be in the car with my boss for a cumulative total of ten hours, and also that the ostensible purpose of this trip is to help this satellite office with the proofreading and reviewing of Latin documents, except I don't know any Latin. Why did I agree to this again?)

I wish I had anything actually helpful to say, but I obviously can't think of any guidelines clear enough to share. From what mediocre study of authentic texts I did I saw as many exceptions and styles as rules, so they totally depend on the piece and I'm betting they'll give you something to go on themselves. I'd be curious to know what it's like! Geek out!
